We are real human beings that live in Evansville, IN and provide a full range of video production services, digital photography, 360 photography, 360 virtual tours, aerial video, aerial photography, drone video and photography, and headshot photography to name just a portion of our creative services. We are currently expanding to offer web site design, web development, Word Press hosting and other web hosting and content marketing services. Cookies

As of 1/10/24 we personally do not use cookies to collect any information on users of our site. We do, however, use Google Analytics, which very well, probably most likely, uses cookies to track visitor usage. We only use Google Analytics to help us understand how and where visitors use and connect to our site. Google’s software or service most likely will save a cookie to your hard drive in order to track and monitor your engagement and usage of our website, but our understanding is that it will not store, save or collect personal information. We only see information like the browser you used, how long you visited, and what word or phrase you searched before finding us. Your personal data is not given or used by us in anyway. Embedded Content From Other Websites

Articles or pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, 360 software, etc.). You should know that embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

We don’t do a lot of social media in general or on this site specifically … but when visiting links from our site to another web site or social media site, please know, you do so at your own risk. Once you leave our site, we do not have any say or control over privacy on other websites or social media apps. And our privacy statements here do not apply to any of those sites or apps. We think you should use caution when using social media for the very reason that they are most likely tracking you and using that information to try and keep you on their app, platform, site. So read their privacy information very carefully, like you would read a mortgage contract or any other binding agreement, before you sign up and use regularly.

Forms and Who We Share Your Data With

Only if you provide any personal information via one of our contact forms on this site, or by emailing or calling us directly, do we actually collect any data about you. And then we only use that information to speak with you or interact via email and or text, to provide excellent service. We do not sell or share any of that information with anyone else. We currently do not use any newsletter or third party software or application to contact you on a regular basis or just bug you in general. And if we ever do, we will surely tell you. We totally understand that filling up someone’s inbox or voicemail is annoying.

We may, however, use information you’ve provided, like your email or phone number, to occasionally send you a promotion pertaining to services on our website. And we may just reach out occasionally because we like you and want to wish you well. We pride ourselves on having repeat customers.

How Long We Retain Your Data

For users that fill out and submit one of the contact forms directly on our website, we will get back with you asap and try to help you, (i.e. provide exceptional service) with whatever service you desire or just inquired about.  We will contact you at least a few times if you don’t respond within a few days. But we promise not to keep bugging you if decided against a project or don’t need any help at this time. In general, if we don’t regularly work with or for you, we will delete your contact info after one year.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you’ve submitted a form on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If you believe that someone else has used your information to submit a form on our site, please send an email to us as soon as possible to info@fischerphotovideo.com. Your information will be promptly corrected or removed at your request.
